Frequently Asked Questions

We use a blend of coconut and soy wax. Because of this unique blend, the wax is free of parabens, paraffin, phthalate, gluten and toxins! Making it 100% safe to use in households with children or pets.

It varies between the different options. We reccommend your initial candle burn to be about three hours to prevent tunneling. After the initial burn, our ceramic candles last 35 hours and our amber candles last 25 hours. The 2.5 oz wax melts last 30 hours while the 1 oz melts last 15 hours.

*These times are based on our internal testing. Times will vary depending on amount of time candles are burnt in one session and the temperature of your wax melter.*

Prior to each burn, trim the wick to 1/4" tall. Without propper trimming, carbon may build up on the wick, which causes the flame of the candle to burn hotter and higher than intended. Trimming also keeps the wax clean and burning nicely. A candle care card is included with every candle purchase which also contains care instructions.
